Core

The core is at the center (literally!) of everything we do and cannot be understated in it’s recurring role. That being said, you may have noticed a portion of each of the previous workouts occupied with core conditioning. It is unavoidable and yet requires aggressive approach to sufficiently address the multilateral relationship it has to everything physiological and physical. In that regard, it merits its own unique day to be impacted. This core-focused routine is ever-changing (an imitable work-in-progress) and is cut up with enough extracurricular strength movements (that are core-friendly) to keep the previous days’ work tense and tested.
