In common gymese, this is my chest and shoulder day. I prefer “Push” because of the muscular  direction- and the reduction of terminology implied by the word; we will consider these muscles together in their naturally coordinated motions. So, in this manner, the chest, triceps, and shoulders work collectively to effect in precise and powerful thrusts, AWAY from the body.
