Come join us Saturday, March 19, 2016, for a 1 hour, high-intensity workout at Kiwanis Park in Tempe from 9 til 10 in the morning. Break up the weekend with a thorough sweat. What else are you gonna do on a Saturday morning? Get out! Enjoy that awesome Arizona spring weather with a thorough sweat. That’s what’s up.

We will be posted up around Ramada #8.  Look for the black battle rope and medicine ball and the guy with a head band who appears to be practicing some tai chi basketball soccer type of physical fitness art form. You’ll see what I mean. 😉 See you there.
