Legs

My legs, like so many exercise engineers, have been severely underexposed and inadequately trained. My current (lower body) assault has been encouraging by the responsiveness of these muscles to direct stress. I had, for so long, relegated my leg training to the peripheral engagements they endure, the inadvertent running from some of my more ambient outdoor fitness schemes. Now it has become an imperative in my training schedule, everything else revolving around its recovery.

It is sectioned, like its counterparts, into three components: squat, lunge, calf-raises; one set in the first round, core exercises, three sets in the second round.
